nune's job is to bring the product to the table ready..: what is inside is written plainly on the label, which product goes with what is shown through our tables, and buying happens in one place..

- tahini and pekmez..: tahini from domestic sesame..; grape, mulberry and carob pekmez (fruit molasses), with no glucose..
- nut spreads..: hazelnut, antep pistachio, almond, peanut and coconut..; the nut content is on the label..
- halva..: made from tahini..; plain, cocoa and pistachio..
- breakfast and treats..: kaymak (clotted cream, cold chain)..; honey, jam, lokum and sucuk in preparation..
